What it is

Life Tracker is a personal app for the day: notes, events, tasks, photos, routes, focus, and optional insights. It is not a medical device.

Sign-in

Use Apple, Google, or email. The timeline is tied to that account on iPhone, iPad, and the web.

On the device and in sync

The day is stored for your account so it can open on another device. iPhone can keep an optional iCloud backup of settings. That backup is not a full restore of your history.

Apple Health

On iPhone you can connect sleep, steps, activity, and heart rate for personal insights. Life Tracker does not diagnose, treat, or monitor a condition.

Life AI

The coach uses context from your day to answer. Suggestions are previews until you save them. Free and Plus have published limits.
