What is Life Tracker?
A personal timeline for the day: plans, notes, voice, photos, routes, focus, and Life AI in one place. iPhone and iPad are the primary apps.
Where can I use Life Tracker?
On iPhone and iPad, and in the browser at https://web.lifetracker.app/ with the same account.
How do I download the app?
Open https://open.lifetracker.app/ on your iPhone or iPad and follow the App Store link. Or open the same account at https://web.lifetracker.app/.
How do I sign in?
Use Sign in with Apple, Google, or email. The same account works on iPhone, iPad, and the web.

How does the day timeline work?
Everything for a day lives on one scroll: what is planned, what you captured, and what is next. Planning and the archive are free on every account.
Can I use voice to add entries?
Yes. Hold to speak, review the card, then save. On Plus you can use continuous voice with spoken replies; Free still uses confirm-before-save.
Is anything saved before I confirm?
No. Voice and Life AI never save until you confirm. Previews and drafts disappear if you dismiss them.
What is Life AI?
Life AI is the coach and parsers that read the day you already captured. Suggestions show as previews; you choose what lands on the timeline.
What does Life AI send, and when?
After you tap Allow, Life AI sends relevant day context to Google Gemini via Life Tracker servers. Not now means no request. Revoke anytime in Profile → Privacy. Passwords, payment details, and raw audio are not sent. Suggestions still appear as previews—you confirm before anything is saved.
Which AI model does Free use?
Free uses Gemini 3.1 with a daily AI allowance and about seven days of insights and AI memory.
Does Life Tracker work offline?
On phone, previously loaded data and some local actions can work without a network. Life AI, sync, and support need connectivity. The web app requires a network and is not available offline or as a PWA.
Does Life Tracker sync with my calendar?
Yes. It can sync two ways with the system calendar so plans show where you already look.
What does Apple Health add?
On iPhone, optional sleep, steps, and activity can inform personal insights. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose.
What are shared rooms?
Shared rooms hold a common plan, pins, and optional room AI with realtime updates. They are for planning together, not group chat.
Are there widgets or Live Activity?
On iPhone, home screen widgets can show what is next and quick capture. A focus session can stay on the Lock Screen as a Live Activity.
When something goes wrong
Voice or AI suggestions disappeared — was something saved?
If you did not confirm, nothing was saved. Voice and Life AI only write to the timeline after you accept.
Why don’t I see Apple Health, widgets, or Live Activity?
Those are iPhone-only. The web uses the same account without Health, widgets, or Live Activity.
I bought Plus but limits did not change — what now?
Plus is tied to your App Store subscription on iPhone or iPad. Restore purchases in the app, then force-quit and reopen. Still stuck? Email help@lifetracker.app.
Calendar events are not syncing — what should I check?
Confirm calendar access in system Settings and that sync is enabled in Life Tracker. Allow a minute after large calendar changes.
I cannot sign in — what should I try?
Use the same method you used before (Apple, Google, or email). Check network and store sign-in, then try again. Contact help@lifetracker.app if it persists.
How is the web app different from iPhone?
https://web.lifetracker.app/ uses the same account and timeline with a wider canvas. iPhone and iPad still have widgets, Live Activity, and Apple Health.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and removes your Life Tracker account data from our servers. It does not cancel an App Store subscription—manage that in Apple ID → Subscriptions. Questions: help@lifetracker.app.
How do I export my data?
Open Settings → Data and backups → Copy data. That gives a technical export of profile, settings, and memories for your own backup or review.

How much is Plus?
Plus is $49.99 a year (about $4.17 a month) or $6.99 a month. US reference prices; billing is through the App Store on iPhone and iPad.
What does Plus include beyond Free?
Higher coach, parse, and shared-room limits; 10+ years of insights and AI memory; Gemini 3.5; photo and document in one request; continuous voice and spoken replies; priority support.
Where do I buy Plus?
Subscribe in the App Store from the iPhone or iPad app only. The web uses the same account but does not sell Plus.
